Teachings of Jesus
A categorized guide to the commands and teachings of Jesus, with practical explanations and Scripture references across the Gospels and Acts.

The Teachings and Commands of Jesus
Jesus taught by His words, by implication, and by the example of His life. He said, “Follow me,” and Scripture says that whoever claims to abide in Him ought to walk as He walked (1 John 2:6).
Matthew 7:24> “Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock.”
Mark 9:7> “This is my Son, whom I love. Listen to him!”
Each teaching is intentionally brief; the sentence beneath it clarifies its practical meaning, and the references show every passage represented.
